These antistatic overshoes from hygostar are made of air-permeable PP fleece and have been specially developed for use with all Hygostar Hygomat overshoe machines. They have a sewn-on black contact band that dissipates static charges in a controlled manner, protecting both the wearer and the machines from electrostatic discharge.
To ensure the earthing effect, the contact band must be in contact with the skin, for example by being tucked into the sock. The overshoes fit all shoe sizes and are approved for contact with food, with the exception of acidic foods.
They are ideal for use in industry, food production and other hygiene-sensitive areas. In combination with a Hygomat overshoe dispenser, the overshoes can be applied up to four times faster than manually, without the need for electricity and regardless of location.
