Shipping and Payment

We deliver all items free of charge throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein for orders with a net value of CHF 450 or more. Delivery is generally made within 1–3 working days. 

Heros Hygiene does not charge any small order surcharge. For orders below a net value of CHF 450, packaging and shipping costs within Switzerland and Liechtenstein amount to net CHF 13.80. 

Deliveries within 9444 Diepoldsau and 9443 Widnau are delivered free of shipping charges. 

The customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery can be accepted during normal delivery times. Any notes regarding special delivery conditions, preferred delivery times, or contact persons should be communicated to us at an early stage. If a delivery cannot be completed due to failed acceptance or insufficient information, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred for repeated delivery attempts or returns.
