The Burnshield sterile dressing is ideal for the initial treatment of burns up to 2nd degree. It is a preserved hydrogel on an open-cell, highly flexible foam compress. It is ideal for professionals, but suitable for any first aid kit or outdoor activity. It is completely non-toxic and cools and relieves pain. Thanks to the ingredients, the compress does not stick to the wound and therefore enables optimum initial treatment.
