The Classic Solutions entrance mat is designed for high-traffic indoor areas and reliably absorbs dirt and moisture where a high standard of cleanliness is required. The mat combines high-performance, solution-dyed nylon fibres made from ECONYL regenerated polyamide with a durable nitrile rubber backing. Thanks to the thermoset high-twist fibres, the pile is particularly resistant to crushing, ensuring that dirt sinks deep into the mat whilst the surface retains a well-maintained appearance. The rubber backing prevents curling and cracking in all weather conditions, whilst its resistance to UV light and bleaching helps maintain a consistently clean appearance. At the same time, the use of recycled materials helps to reduce environmental impact.

Cleaning
Classic Solutions mats can be cleaned in various ways:
1. Commercially washed (see washing instructions)
2. Vacuum regularly (daily in high-traffic areas; weekly in less busy areas)
3. Cleaned with an extractor and laid flat to dry.
Hang up to dry. The mats should always be dry before being put back into use, and should be allowed to cool before rolling them up.
Washing instructions
1. Soak | 2–3 mins; water level: medium; temperature: 49°C

3. Wash | 2–3 mins; water level: high; temperature: 49 °C
4. Rinse | 2 mins; water level: high; temperature: cold

6. Spin at low speed | 1–2 mins
7. Drain water, 1 min.
8. Spin | Max. 250G, 3–5 mins
9. Drying (optional) | 5–10 mins; Max. temperature: 82 °C
10. Cooling | 5 mins
Other recommendations:
- All solution-dyed mats can be washed together.
- For heavily soiled mats, the wash temperature may be increased to 71°C
- The pH level should not exceed 9.5 during washing; use non-ionic detergents with a low pH
- Do not over-dry the mats; the drum temperature of the tumble dryer should not exceed 82°C.
- If the mats are not dry, the rinse temperature can be increased to 49°C. This will reduce moisture retention during the subsequent spin cycle.
- Lay the mats flat and smooth to cool before rolling.
