The fast-acting unblocking agent xe³ from beCLEAN is ideal for stubborn blockages. beCLEAN xe3 does not attack drainpipes or plastic or rubber seals. Thanks to its high dead weight (specific weight 1.8), it reaches the blockage even through the water. A chemical reaction decomposes the organic substances that led to the blockage and the resulting exothermic effect increases the possibility of success.

Application:
Remove excess water in the basin, urinal, toilet, etc. carefully pour xe3 into the drain. After approx. 30 seconds, add approx. 1 - 2 dl of water and leave to work for 3 - 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cold water.

Notes:
Do not lean over the drain during the reaction phase. Do not bring Xe3 into direct contact with aluminum, chrome-plated parts and magnesium. Carefully read and follow the instructions and warnings on the label before use. Care should be taken when using xe3 in washbasins (especially in bathrooms). The latest findings show that lavabo siphons have been available on the market for some time which are of inferior product quality and therefore in some cases cannot withstand the chemical combustion heat of approx. 80 - 90° Celsius, can become deformed or even be destroyed.
