The SOLA-TECS W is a mobile brush roller system that has been specially developed for the professional cleaning of photovoltaic systems. It is powered exclusively by water, with a high-pressure cleaner driving the rotation of the brush roller whilst simultaneously supplying the cleaning surface with demineralised water. As a rule, no chemicals are used, making the cleaning process particularly environmentally friendly.
The ‘PRO’ model offers an additional function to reverse the direction of rotation of the brush roller. This option is particularly advantageous on steep roof pitches of 20° or more. Reversing the direction of rotation improves cleaning at the lower edge of the module frame whilst simultaneously reducing tensile stress. This makes handling easier and reduces the physical strain on the operator during longer sessions.
The SOLA-TECS W is therefore a well-designed solution for the thorough and gentle cleaning of PV systems, even on more challenging roof surfaces.
