UNGER’s exchange resin consists of a mixture of a Type I gel – a strong basic anion exchange resin – and a strong acid cation exchange resin gel, designed for the direct demineralisation of water.
Disposal
When used as intended with tap water, spent resin packs can be disposed of in small quantities via the normal general waste/refuse collection. Local disposal regulations must be observed.
