The Classic Solutions entrance mat is designed for high-traffic indoor areas and reliably absorbs dirt and moisture where a high level of cleanliness is required. The mat combines high-performance, solution-dyed nylon fibres made from ECONYL regenerated polyamide with a durable nitrile rubber backing. The thermofixed high-twist fibres make the pile particularly resistant to crushing, so that dirt sinks into the depths and the surface looks neat. The rubber backing prevents crinkling and cracking in all weather conditions, while the UV and bleach resistance supports a permanently clean appearance. At the same time, the use of recycled materials helps to reduce the environmental impact.
Cleaning
Classic Solutions mats can be cleaned in various ways:
1. Commercially washed (see washing instructions)
2. Vacuum regularly (daily in high-traffic areas; weekly in less so)
3. Cleaned with an extractor and laid flat to dry.
Hang up to dry. The mats should always be dry before they are used again and cooled before rolling.
Washing instructions
1. Soak | 2-3 min; Water level: Medium; Temperature: 49°C

9. Dry (optional) | 5-10 min.; Max temperature: 82 °C

Other recommendations:
- All solution-dyed mats can be washed together.
- For heavily soiled mats, the washing temperature can be increased to 71°C
- Washing should not exceed a pH value of 9.5; use non-ionic detergents with a low pH value
- Do not overdry the mats; the drum temperature of the dryer should not exceed 82°C.
- If the mats are not dried, the rinsing temperature can be increased to 49°C. This will prevent moisture retention during drying. This will reduce moisture retention during subsequent spinning.
- Lay the mats flat and smooth to cool before rolling.
