The Kamareta milk cleaner was developed for the thorough, hygienic cleaning of milk systems and is suitable for fully automatic coffee machines, steam nozzles, milk jugs, milk frothers, hoses and couplings. It reliably removes milk residues, milk fats and proteins and can be used cold or warm. As bacteria can quickly colonise milk proteins, regular cleaning is crucial for hygienic systems and consistently good milk foam. This keeps cappuccino, latte macchiato and café latte at a high level of flavour and quality. The Kamareta milk cleaner is suitable for all brands and machine types and also helps to prevent mould formation through residue-free cleaning.
Acidic or alkaline? Which cleaner is suitable for me?
Difference: alkaline has a strong effect against fats and milk proteins, acidic targets limescale and mineral deposits
Recommendation: follow the appliance manufacturer's instructions if possible
Acidic suitable: for systems with hot water or steam in the milk circuit, especially if not descaled separately
Alkaline suitable: for systems without contact of water or steam with the milk circuit, focus on protein, fat and oil residues
