Suma Grill D9 is a highly alkaline special cleaner for periodic intensive cleaning in kitchens and food processing businesses. The powerful combination of alkalinity, surfactants and solvents reliably removes even heavily baked-on grease and dirt deposits from ovens, grills and convection ovens. The product is particularly suitable for heavily soiled areas and can also be used in diluted form for cleaning deep fryers. Application with a foam lance enables targeted cleaning and reduces spray mist.
