It was developed to remove particularly stubborn soiling and is ideal for grease, poultry and meat residues. As a practical combination solution, ULTRAPLUS combines detergent and rinse aid in one, is formulated as a liquid and is matched to the washing times and chemical phases of the Unox washing systems. This supports effective cleaning without unnecessary waste. The product is suitable for all Unox ovens with an integrated detergent drawer and is compatible with numerous Unox series.
Application
Unscrew the bottle cap without removing the protective film.
Insert the bottle into the compartment provided in the detergent tank.
Turn until the film is broken through without coming into contact with the detergent.
