The Circulware reusable knife, made from polypropylene, is exceptionally sturdy and suitable for regular use in the hospitality industry, catering, canteens and other professional settings. The material contains 30 per cent mineral fillers, ensuring a robust design whilst remaining lightweight. When used correctly, the knife can be reused up to 125 times.
The 18.5 cm long reusable knife is dishwasher-safe up to a maximum of 65 °C and can be used for food at temperatures of up to 100 °C. At the end of its useful life, the material is fully recyclable.
