The HYGOSTAR Stepstar Classic is a professional electric shoe cover machine designed for hygienic areas with very high footfall. Within around four seconds, a tear-resistant PVC film is precisely shrunk to fit the shoe. The shoe covers are applied without direct hand contact with the shoe, thereby ensuring quick and hygienic use.
The machine is suitable for various types and sizes of shoes, including those with heels. One roll of film is sufficient for up to 1,300 shoes and is easy to replace. The use of shrink film means there is no need to stock pre-made shoe covers in various sizes. Suitable PVC shrink film rolls are available separately.
Weighing around 22 kg, the Stepstar Classic is designed for a fixed location and is electrically powered. The unit is CE-certified and designed for regular professional use.
