The HYGOSTAR Stepstar Comfort is a professional electric shoe cover machine designed for high-traffic hygiene areas. Within around four seconds, a tear-resistant PVC film is shrink-wrapped precisely around the shoe. The shoe covers are applied without direct hand contact with the shoe, thereby promoting hygienic use in sensitive areas.
The machine is suitable for various types and sizes of footwear, including shoes with heels. One roll of film is sufficient for around 1,800 applications and can be replaced quickly and easily. As shrink film is used, there is no need to stock pre-made shoe covers in various sizes.
Weighing around 25 kg, the Stepstar Comfort is designed for a fixed location and intensive professional use. The unit is CE-certified and is particularly suitable for dry, not overly slippery floors. The robust construction is designed for a long service life and reliable operation.
