The innovative JSP helmet is ideally suited to both ground-level and working at height. A switch is used to safety helmet can be easily adjusted to comply with EN397 or EN12492. For ground-level work, the risk of strangulation is reduced and the maximum retention force for the chin strap is less than 25 daN (250 N). For work at height, the retention force is at least 50 daN to minimise the risk of the helmet being lost. The inner shell is made of EPP for first-class impact absorption on the sides, as well as at the front and rear. The innovative ventilation system reduces the internal temperature by up to 2–3 degrees Celsius. A fully adjustable 4-point chin strap and a 1-2-3-point depth adjustment ensure a secure fit.

To reduce the risk of strangulation, the maximum holding force for the chin strap in the EN 397 ‘slide’ position is less than 25 daN (250 N) – it ranges between 15–25 daN (150–250 N). The chin strap can be released even if it becomes snagged.
