Pure water is an established method in professional glass cleaning, characterised by high efficiency and outstanding cleaning results. It reliably removes dirt without the use of cleaning agents. There is no need for wiping or polishing, as the cleaned surfaces dry streak-free. The underlying technology is based on deionisation: tap water flows through a filter filled with ion-exchange resin. This removes all minerals and residues, producing pure water with a TDS value of 0. The method works without electricity, is easy to use and is particularly suitable for regions with soft to medium-hard water. It also remains cost-effective to purchase compared to other methods.
For users of the HydroPower Ultra Filter S, this refill set offers a practical solution for continued use of the system. The Ultra Resin Packs included are pre-portioned and contain UNGER Premium ion-exchange resin specially formulated for glass cleaning. FloWater technology ensures an even distribution of water within the tank, making optimum use of the resin’s capacity.
Another advantage: thanks to the efficient use of the resin, refilling is required less frequently. This reduces downtime and saves costs during ongoing operation. Intuitive operation is supported by a colour-coding system and the KeyLock function, which ensures the resin pack is correctly and securely in place.
Disposal
When used as intended, spent resin packs can be disposed of in small quantities with tap water via normal household waste. Local disposal regulations must be observed.
