The Nilfisk VHS010CB HC Z22 EXA is a compact industrial vacuum cleaner designed to collect flammable and hazardous dusts in Zone 22 explosion-hazard areas. This specific model is classified as Dust Class H and is therefore suitable for demanding applications where hazardous fine dusts must be safely collected and disposed of. Its small footprint and four ball-bearing swivel castors allow for flexible use, even in confined spaces and in hard-to-reach areas.
The HC model features a safety filter bag system to ensure the collected dust is disposed of in the most controlled manner possible. The equipment also includes an upstream HEPA filter, a stainless steel dust container, a pressure gauge and an earthing connection. The vacuum cleaner is fully earthed and designed for use in Zone 22. The robust metal motor head incorporates a brushless bypass motor, which is designed for a long service life and professional continuous use.
This CB version also comes with conductive or antistatic EXA accessories such as a suction hose, connector and various nozzles. This means the vacuum cleaner is fully equipped for professional cleaning tasks involving flammable and hazardous dusts.
