DESCOSEPT SENSITIVE LEMON is a ready-to-use, ethanol-based rapid alcohol disinfectant for the rapid disinfection and cleaning of alcohol-resistant surfaces and medical equipment. It is particularly suitable for patient-contact areas and dental settings, where a broad spectrum of activity and good material compatibility are required. The product can be used undiluted for wipe disinfection or by spraying. Visible soiling must be removed before disinfection, and the treated surface must remain completely wet throughout the entire contact time.
The spectrum of activity includes bactericidal, levurocidal, tuberculocidal and mycobactericidal properties, as well as limited virucidal and limited virucidal PLUS efficacy. Supplementary tests confirm, amongst other things, its efficacy against adenoviruses, noroviruses, vaccinia viruses and coronaviruses. Depending on the application and spectrum of activity, the tested contact times range from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. DESCOSEPT SENSITIVE LEMON contains 45 g of ethanol per 100 g of solution and is VAH-listed.
The product is flammable and intended for professional use only. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks and open flames.
