Sirafan Speed is a ready-to-use, fast-acting surface disinfectant for professional use, particularly in food-processing areas, the hospitality industry and communal catering. It is suitable for work surfaces, counters, buffets, kitchen appliances and utensils, as well as frequently touched surfaces such as door handles and switches. The alcohol-based formulation has bactericidal and levurocidal properties, as well as being effective against viruses, and dries streak-free after application. According to the product information, rinsing is not required.
For bactericidal and yeasticidal efficacy, the specified contact time is 30 seconds. For adenovirus and murine norovirus, a contact time of 10 minutes is recommended. The product is sprayed onto the surface to be disinfected, spread using a clean, dry cloth and then left to air-dry. The recommended application rate is a maximum of 40 to 50 ml/m².
Sirafan Speed contains 35 g of 2-propanol and 25 g of 1-propanol per 100 g of liquid and is flammable. Ignition sources and hot surfaces must therefore be avoided. For professional use only.
