Was ist Toilettenpapier?
Toilettenpapier ist ein speziell hergestelltes Hygienepapier, das für die tägliche Reinigung nach dem Toilettengang verwendet wird. Es besteht in der Regel aus Zellstoff oder Recyclingfasern und wird in mehreren dünnen Papierlagen hergestellt, die zu einer Rolle aufgewickelt sind. Je nach Produkt unterscheiden sich Toilettenpapierrollen in ihrer Lagenanzahl, Blattanzahl, Papierqualität und im verwendeten Spendersystem.
Heute gibt es Toilettenpapier in vielen verschiedenen Varianten, die auf unterschiedliche Einsatzbereiche abgestimmt sind. Während einige Produkte vor allem auf Wirtschaftlichkeit ausgelegt sind, bieten andere besonders hohen Komfort oder sind speziell für Spendersysteme in stark frequentierten Sanitäranlagen entwickelt.
