RISE by tweaq is the world's first smart self-disinfecting door handle that connects to your mobile devices. Rise is a self-disinfecting door handle that is powered by cartridges. After each activation of the door handle, the disinfecting liquid from the cartridge is brought to the sponge inside the ring. Using a magnetic mechanism, the ring travels along the surface of the handle to eliminate 99.99% of germs. The cartridge lasts for up to 3,000 uses. It contains the disinfecting liquid tank and a lithium-ion battery to power the handle. The RISE door handle is manufactured in Switzerland.
